Even though some irritations are quite small like a flat tire, a long queue at
the check out, lost keys.. it is still annoying! Why is it always you who lost
your keys again? Is it some curse?
However, there is always a daily irritation
in life, and they would never be over or gone! Try to stay calm and relax! This
week’s blog is not about a specific irritation in our daily life but about the enjoyable
side. How can you be calm again after an irritation?

Go out; dance, drink and have
fun with your friends!

Sit down on that great terrace
in the sun in the city and relax!

Organize a nice dinner and
invite all of your friends to come over to your place. Fantastic way to catch
up with everyone J

Turn on a comedy movie. It
takes away all your stress and helps to get everything in a proper perspective.
5.
Get some exercises in the sport
school. It is a fantastic way to clear your head.
6.
Take a bath and put on some
quiet music. Or read a book while you blissfully relax.
Go to a spa! Spas are getting extensively popular these days as one can get a wide range of health treatments and beauty treatments there. How relax full can it be to get some massages, aromatherapy, sauna, steam baths, body wraps and do some yoga.. This would one of the most relaxing activities in life.
